Abstract

This research is performed on order to test the influence of the variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Biaya Operasional/Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), dan Giro Wajib Minimum (GWM) toward Earning Changes.Methodology research as the sample used purposive sampling, sample was accured 26 Bank Pembangunan Daerah in Indonesia. Data analysis with multi liniear regression of ordinary least square and hypotheses test used t-statistic and F-statistic at level of significance 5%, a clasic assumption examination which consist of data normality test, multicolinearity test, hetersoskedasticity test and autocorrelation test is also being done to test the hypotheses.During research period show as variabel and data research was normal distributed. Based on test, multicolinearity test, hetersoskedasticity test and autocorrelation test classic assumption deviation has no founded, this indicate that the available data has fulfill the condition to use multi linear regression model. This result of research show that variable BOPO and GWM did not influence Earning Changes. Variable CAR, NIM, and LDR positive significant influence toward Earning Changes. Prediction capability from these five variable toward Earning Changes is 20,6% where the balance 79,4% is affected to other factor which was not to be entered to research model.

Abstract

Untuk menciptakan competitive advantages, Nokia Siemens Networks sebagai perusahaan telekomunikasi banyak membuat kerjasama dengan para partner ataupun supplier. Tetapi pada kenyataannya dari strategi kerjasama yang diterapkan banyak muncul permasalahan, oleh karena itu penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen hubungan dan kualitas hubungan terhadap kinerja kemampulabaan dalam meningkatkan strategi kerjasama jangka panjang.Sampel penelitian ini adalah sub kontraktor Nokia Siemens Networks, sejumlah 112 responden. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang dijalankan dengan perangkat lunak AMOS, digunakan untuk menganalisis data.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa komitmen hubungan dan kualitas hubungan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja kemampulabaan dan meningkatkan strategi kerjasama jangka panjang. Berdasarkan standardized regression weights dapat diketahui bahwa dimensi menghormati perjanjian merupakan dimensi dari komitmen hubungan yang paling berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kinerja kemampulabaan dengan nilai estimasi 0,88. Untuk kualitas hubungan dimensi saling memberikan informasi merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan integrasi stratejik dengan nilai estimasi 0,84. Sedangkan di dalam kinerja kemampulabaan indikator keuntungan tinggi merupakan dimensi yang paling berpengaruh dari variabel kinerja kemampulabaan dengan nilai estimasi sebesar 0,87. Keterbatasan permodelan penelitian ini berasal dari hasil squared multiple correlation menunjukkan besaran 0,50 untuk kinerja kemampulabaan; dan 0,41 untuk strategi kerjasama jangka panjang. Hal ini menginformasikan kurang optimalnya variabel antiseden dari variabel-variabel endogen tersebut. Besaran yang optimal sebaiknya diatas 0,70. Variabel yang disarankan untuk penelitian mendatang adalah: lingkungan bisnis, posisi produk, posisi persaingan dan lain sebagainya

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan dan gaya kepemimpinan pengusaha wanita dalam membangun orientasi kewirausahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja bisnis UKM di Kotamadia Semarang.Sampel penelitian ini adalah UMKM yang dibina Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan provinsi Jawa Tengah, sejumlah 170 responden. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang dijalankan dengan perangkat lunak AMOS, digunakan untuk menganalisis data, Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan dan gaya kepemimpinan wanita berpengaruh positif terhadap orientasi kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja bisnis.Temuan empiris tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa lingkungan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap orientasi kewirausahaan; lingkungan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja bisnis; gaya kepemimpinan wanita berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap orientasi kewirausahaan; gaya kepemimpinan wanita berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja bisnis; dan orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja bisnis.

Abstract

This study is performed to examine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Insider Ownership, Size and Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) toward Dividend Policy in manufacturing company which is listed in BEJ and share the dividend to shareholder. The objective this study is to scale and analyze the effect of the company financial ratios performance Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Insider Ownership, Size and Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) toward Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) in manufacturing company which is listed in BEJ over period 2005-2007.Sampling technique used here is purposive sampling on criterion (1) the company that trade their stocks in Bursa Efek Jakarta; (2) the company that represent their financial report per December 2005 – 2007; and (3) the company that continually share their dividend per December 2005 – 2007. The data is obtained based on Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD 2008) publication. It is gained sample amount of 17 companies from 151 companies those are listed in BEJ. The analysis technique used here is multiple regressions with the least square difference and hypothesis test using t-statistic to examine partial regression coefficient and F-statistic to examine the mean of mutual effect with level of significance 0,05 or 5%. In addition, classical assumption is also performed including normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test.From the analysis result, it indicates that DER and Ln IOS variable partially significant toward DPR of the company on 2005-2007 period on the level of significance less than 5%, while it indicates that Ln Insider Ownership and Size variable partially not significant toward DPR. While simultaneously DER, Ln Insider, Size, Ln IOS proof significantly influent DPR in BEJ in level less than 5%. Predictable of four variables toward DPR is 43,3% as indicated by adjusted R square that is 43,3% while the rest 56,7% is affected by other factors which are not included into the study model.

Abstract

The 2008 Survey of SWA and MARS show that Top of Mind (TOM) Advertising of Djarum cigarette is 12.7 and the TOM Brand is 11.9. While in the 2007 survey show that TOM Brand of Djarum is 13.1 and it is higher that the TOM Advertising which is 12.1. This shows that there is a decline in TOM Brand from 13.1 in 2007 to be 11.9 in 2008. And there is an insignificant increase in TOM Advertising approximately 0.6 from 12.1 in 2007 to 12.7 in 2008. It is suspected that this is the cause of uncreative advertising of the Djarum cigarrete so that the advertising becomes ineffective. Hence, the problem of this research is How to improve the advertising effectiveness through the advertising creativity and the endorser credibility impacting the attitude toward the ad?To answer the problem of this research, questionnaires is distributed to 140 respondents. The respondent are people who had seen the advertising of Djarum. The questionnaire consist of items about the advertising creativity, endorser credibility, advertising effectiveness and the attitude toward the ad. Then, the data is being analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Analysis Method.The results of the SEM analysis method show that the hypotheses which say that the more creative an advertising is, the higher the advertising effectiveness; the higher the credibility of the endorser, the more effective the advertising is; and that the more effective the advertising, the more positive the attitude toward the ad is, had proven to be statistically accepted.

Abstract

The passenger growth in the Ahmad Yani Airport Semarang increases each year, but it is not followed with the the growth of optimal service quality. This phenomena occurs because PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Ahmad Yani Airport Semarang does not care about the importance of the customer value especially for the services in the passenger station and the parking area. Based on the problem, the aim of this research is to examine affecting factors and the impact to customer value..To achieve the aim of this research, the model which explores in this research use four variables. The variables are information technology quality, service facility design quality, service quality and customer value. Data about the variables was collected by using questionnaires that was distributed to 100 visitors of Ahmad Yani Airport Semarang. Then the data is analyzed under the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Method.The result shows that the test over the five hypotheses can be statistically proven in which the service quality is proven to have a positive and significant impact to customer value, information technology quality is proven to have a positive and significant effect to customer value, information technology quality is proven to have a positive and significant effect to service quality, service facility design quality is proven to have a positive and significant effect to customer value, and service facility design quality is proven to have a positive and significant effect to service quality.
